Streetscene issues were very much to the fore at the Parish Council meeting held on Thursday 20th February 2020.
Since the January meeting CCllr Irene Ratcliffe has met with DCC Officers to discuss streetscene and highways issues, including the request to have the Middleton Road switched off streetlights returned to service, white-lining and ways to reduce inconsiderate parking in the village.

The February meeting of the Parish Council has been retimed and rescheduled for 7.15pm on Thursday 20th February 2020. The retiming is due to an earlier booking at the Village Hall.

The Parish Council still regularly receives concerns from members of the public about inconsiderate, potentially dangerous parking and the numbers of vehicles being driven inappropriately through the village.
